Our Commitment

We want you to love the costume photos of your pet. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.

Training Slots

• Before training starts: Full refund available
• Training failed: Full refund or free retry, your choice
• Training completed: No refund (AI model has been created), but we'll work with you if results are poor

Image Credits

• Unused credits: Refundable within 30 days of purchase
• Used credits: Not refundable (images have been generated)
• Credit packs: Partial refunds available for unused portion

Quality Issues

If generated images consistently don't match your pet's appearance:

• Contact us with examples
• We'll either fix the issue or provide a refund

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with:

• Your account email
• What you purchased
• Reason for refund

We typically respond within 1-2 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied for:

• Abuse of the refund policy
• Violation of Terms of Service
• Requests made more than 90 days after purchase
